Implementation process of the Paris climate agreement is quite rapid. As for October 5, 2016 the document was ratified by 74 countries responsible for 58.52% of the global greenhouse gas emissions. At the present time all the conditions for entry into force of the agreement are met – a necessary number of countries that have ratified the agreement, exceeds a certain number – 55. After ratification of the Paris climate agreement by the Federal Republic of Germany, France, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Portugal, Canada, Bolivia, Malta and Nepal the second condition of entry of the agreements into force is also met – the aggregate figure of GHG emissions exceeds 55% of the global greenhouse gas emissions. In fact, the entry into force of the Paris climate agreement will take place on November 4.
